I live for this type of handmade visuals, how do you even achieve that digitally?

It's mostly just the textures to add the rough feel to it. Not coloring the surfaces entirely and leaving a little bit of white around the edges helps to make the feeling as if I was careful not to smudge the lineart.
Drawing and coloring drawings traditionally helps to do similar tricks in digital.
