I love Gooble 😭
AND I LOVE GOOBLESTONE

sebulant responds:

I ripped gooblestone straight out of a discord message you sent lol

15 minute game??? That last area is pure torture

AlkalinePineapples responds:

Sorry about that. I only had like 2 playtesters and none of them said much about the final area.

I'm a little too afraid to do any stat changes this late so I've applied a band-aid fix of giving an extra potion point per shop.

I got softlocked on the results screen??? Literally can't go back to the main menu after finishing the game, even after refreshing the page.

Anyway, 2'29"

SleepinPanda responds:

You should normally be able to go to credits screen after the results screen whatever key or button you press. Mmh, I will double check.

Thanks for playing, and nice time! I will update the leaderboard.

Can't get past Level 27. It just doesn't register 🤷‍♂️

MrNannings responds:

thanks I resolved the issue!

There's something weirdly unnerving about this game

Kvemon responds:

This is what I was trying to achieve :)

Interesting take on the "quirky Earthbound RPG", I've never seen anyone combine it with Mega Man-type platforming. Props for that!
However, from what I see here, the story, dialogue, aesthetic and the setting feels almost like a carbon copy of Deltarune, nothing really new, unique or interesting here. Hoping to see some more originality in the full game. Overall, neat demo. Good luck.

BrennanGames responds:

Many have said this, and yeah, I can't argue with you on its heavily influence, but I plan for future areas to be more original feeling. I think this is due in part to the whole "card" motif both first areas share, along with similar pallets. This is just Area 1 of 6 and I have a lot of interesting places I want to explore in its tone and style, so I hope people stick around to let it grow into its own thing (this is my first public video game release after all.) Anyway, thanks for the comment!

Simple but pretty fun, feels like something I'd play as a kid. I like the artstyle, so enjoy a new follower

TadIGuess responds:

Thank you very much! This was made for a game jam, would love to make an expanded version someday.

Is it even possible to win in squares?

dachshundstudios responds:

yes, I update a screen shot of a player 1 won winning against the bot in the description. Hope you play again and win

Where am I gonna put all those toys?

Webtoon responds:

have you tried eating them

SpamHands20 responds:

Build a bigger shelf.

SmileMC responds:

Give to me...lol

Tyhond responds:

A giant plushie bed! :D

I think the hardest part about this game isn't finding Chancho, but actually clicking him

EDIT: HOLY CRAP, SUB-0:04 is REAL
EDIT 2: I got a time better than the game's score...
EDIT 3: Rob smells

Gr33nCvnt responds:

My bad, congrats on the fastest time
